Receptionist / Legal Administrative Assistant


Our highly respected law firm is seeking a full-time Receptionist/LAA to join our busy practice. We provide an excellent working environment with our friendly and supportive team members.

Job duties and responsibilities will include greeting clients, answering phones, redirecting calls and taking messages, sorting mail, incoming faxes, emails, arranging couriers, scanning and saving incoming documents, opening client files, updating/creating client binders, general administrative/secretarial support (LAA), as required and light kitchen duties.

The ideal candidate will have professional presentation and telephone manner, an outgoing and cheerful demeanor, a quick learner, strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to multi-task, detail oriented and organized. Experienced in word, strong typing skills, excel, and outlook. PCLaw and Primafact (preferred, but not essential).


Compensation commensurate with experience. Health and Dental Benefits Package offered. Parking provided.
