Catholic church names more sexually abusive priests, more victims come forward

The North Shore News recently published an article, “Catholic church names more sexually abusive priests, more victims come forward”.

The article mentions how more victims of sexual assault by members of the Roman Catholic clergy have come forward in B.C. after the release of a report in 2019 on cases of abuse going back decades. And the Archdiocese of Vancouver has named three more priests.

The latest report, due for publication in The B.C. Catholic Monday, said 13 “previously unknown victims/survivors have come forward and reported their experiences.”
