If you have any symptoms whatsoever, please do not come into our office. Please call and reschedule your appointment.
Upon entry to our office, please sanitize your hands (sanitizer wipes are available), check in with reception and you will be directed to the boardroom.
We will “wipe down” the boardroom before and after each meeting.
Please ensure to abide by physical distancing rules while in the boardroom, sitting 6’ apart.
We will not be serving any water, coffee or tea to clients. If signatures are required, we ask that you use your own pen, if able.
Use of our restrooms are permitted.
We are not requesting that you wear a mask, but you can if you feel better doing so. We have disposable masks on site for this purpose.
Upon leaving, please re-sanitize your hands.
Please be advised, that if necessary, we may be obliged to provide contact information to appropriate health authorities for contact tracing. This situation could arise when either a member of our firm tests positive for COVID-19, if you have been in the office, or when a client who was recently in our office tests positive. Our firm will notify you immediately if this obligation arises. Hopefully this breach of confidentiality never becomes necessary.
If you experience any COVID symptoms after being in our office (within a 3 week period), or test positive, we ask that you contact our office immediately to advise us.
