Former North Vancouver Elementary School Teacher on Trial for Sexual Offences Against Former Students

Former North Vancouver elementary school teacher Brian Moore has been accused of sexual abuse by his students. The start of the criminal trial began on June 17, 2024.

In the North Vancouver Provincial Court, the elementary school teacher is alleged to have performed sexual acts on 11- and 12-year-old students. This occurred in the 1970s and 1980s.

How Victims Can Be Compensated

All of the victims of the sexual abuser were students at Upper Lynn Elementary School in North Vancouver School District #44.

Hanson Kohan Lawyers have a parallel sexual abuse class action lawsuit against Mr. Moore and School District #44.

When the criminal cases against Brian Moore are finalized, Hanson Kohan Lawyers along with co-counsel Camp Fiorante Matthews Mogerman will advance the victims’ civil lawsuits. The purpose is to provide adequate financial compensation for losses suffered.
