
Naz Kohan is a native of North Vancouver and completed her undergraduate studies at the University of British Columbia, majoring in Political Science. Following graduation, Naz attended the University of Calgary, Faculty of Law. During law school, she was active with the Pro Bono Students Canada and was a law student ambassador. She was called to the bar in 2017.
Naz is a Governor of the Trial Lawyers Association of BC. She is a Board Director of WAVAW Rape Crisis Centre. She is a Member-at-Large on the Canadian Bar Association National Young Lawyers Section Executive. She is also Chair of the City of North Vancouver Social Planning Advisory Committee, a body that advises City Council on various social planning issues. Naz is fluent in Farsi.
